{{ 0:rots_sprite.png?100x100}} **The Rotom's** (ROW-tom) are a group of Pokémon introduced in v1.0 of [[:horizon mons|Horizon 'Mons]]. They are alternate forms of [[https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Rotom_(Pok%C3%A9mon)|Rotom]].

There are currently 4 different Rotoms. They are the following:
  * **Rotom-Sound**, an Electric/Normal Speaker form.

  * **Rotom-Smog**, an Electric/Poison Vape form.

  * **Rotom-Jack**, an Electric/Ground Drill form.

  * **Rotom-Vision**, an Electric/Psychic Virtual Reality goggle form.

===== Pokédex Entry =====
  * A form in which Rotom lurks within a peculiar box. A bothersome Pokémon, causing trouble by playing loud noises day and night.

  * A form in which Rotom lurks within an odd inhaler. A bothersome Pokémon, causing trouble by blowing noxious fumes into the air.

  * A form in which Rotom lurks within a weird-looking pickaxe. A bothersome Pokémon, causing trouble by uprooting infrastructure.

  * A form in which Rotom lurks within an unorthodox pair of goggles. A bothersome Pokémon, causing trouble by playing psychic tricks on those who wear it.

The Rotom's are obtained by using a variety of appliances on a Rotom. Each appliance corresponds to the appliance of the Rotom.
  *The [[:speaker unit|Speaker Unit]] is used to change [[https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Rotom_(Pok%C3%A9mon)|Rotom]] into **Rotom-Sound**.
  *The [[:vape unit|Vape Unit]] is used to change [[https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Rotom_(Pok%C3%A9mon)|Rotom]] into **Rotom-Smog**.

Each Rotom takes on the usual appearance of the Rotom's, while taking on the look of their appliance. They also take on the aura color of the typing's most associated color.

  * The **Rotom's** began as a joke, with **Rotom-Smog** being the first and being seen as really only a bit. 

  * **Rotom-Sound** predates the official Rotom-DJ by a few months. However, if Rotom-DJ is ever brought into a mainline game, **Rotom-Sound** will be scrapped.

  * The original intention was to have a **Rotom** of every single type, but plans fell flat and only 4 were created.
