Permosion (pur-MOH-zhun) is an Ice/Poison-type Pokémon introduced in v1.0 of Horizon 'Mons. It is the evolution of Virosis, and a convergent form of Duosion.
Pokédex Entry
When Virosis evolves, its body hardens itself by absorbing moisture from the air. Permosion is the safest stage of its evolution; however, it is still advised not to interact with Permosion, as in non-sub-zero temps its body may melt and release plague-filled mist into the air.

Permosion Evolves from Virosis at level 32. Permosion Evolves from Prionuclus at level 41.
Locations
Permosion can spawn in Freezing Biomes. It is a Uncommon spawn, and can spawn at level 32-37.

- Permosion and its line are Horizon 'Mons first convergent line.
Origin
Permosion is based on the idea of a frozen virus. It takes elements of Duosion, like the main body shape and facial features, and adds an exterior of ice rather than the green gelatinous substance covering Duosion. The colors were chosen to invoke a more sickly appearance. While it was not initially intentional, Permosion resembles a caterpillar.
Etymology
Permosion is a combination of the words Permafrost and Duosion.
